Insurances
In Network:
BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Carelon
We are currently in the process of credentialing with Tricare and Medicaid
To find out about your deductible and copay, please call the number on the back of your insurance card before your first session and ask them:
-
Is outpatient mental health covered? -
What is my deductible? What is my copay? -
Does therapy count towards my deductible?
If you have a deductible that needs to be met prior to your copay being activated, your responsibility per session will be the entire cost that insurance allows (often between $100 and $115). If you do not have a high deductible, your copay can be anywhere from $0 to $25 per session, which is the most common. This is why it is important to ascertain the cost of your deductible prior to the first session so that you are prepared for a potential cost.
Out of Network:
If you have a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO), you likely have Out of Network (OON) Benefits. We strongly recommend calling your insurance prior to your first session to verify Out of Network benefits. In this instance, the following applies:
•
You will pay your clinician directly after each session.
•
You can use your HSA card to pay for sessions.
•
You can use a credit card or HSA card to pay for sessions.
•
Your clinician will provide you with an itemized invoice.
•
You will submit those invoices to your insurance provider.
•
You will receive full or partial reimbursement, and this depends on your plan and policy.
Self Pay Clients- Not Using Insurance:
Self-pay rates are vary by clinician. Payment is accepted via credit card (HSA/FSA card included). As of now the self pay rates are as follows:
